The event will conduct the following business:
– Receiving and approving the preceding year’s financial statement
– Presenting the annual operating budget for the course union
– Receiving the report of the President with respect to the activities of the Course Union in the present academic year
– Special resolutions or ordinary resolutions per the agenda
– Receiving motions from the floor
