GEESC Annual poster symposium

Dear EEGS Community,

We are excited to invite you to the Annual GEESC Research Symposium, hosted by the GEESC Course Union. Join us for an afternoon of research, science, networking, and inspiration – plus a free lunch.

Event Details:

Date: Wednesday, April 9th, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Location: EME Foyer (poster presentations and lunch) and adjacent EME 0050 (keynote speakers)
After Party: Join us at The Well for a student-alumni mixer!
We are encouraging all graduate and undergraduate honours students as well as postdoctoral fellows to participate as poster presenters. It’s a fantastic opportunity to showcase your research, gain valuable feedback, and contribute to the scientific dialogue within the EESC community. Plus, there will be prizes for all poster presenters, with special recognition for the best posters!

Don’t Miss Out – Register Now: To help us plan for food and logistics, please register now using the link below. If you are presenting a poster, you do not need to submit your abstract right away – you can email it to geesc.union@gmail.com no later than March 24th. Posters should be submitted by the end of the day on March 31st (instructions to follow).
