Lift and Learn – Squatting

This is the final event in our Lift and Learn series: deadlifting and squatting! This event will focus on teaching the proper form and techniques of deadlifting and squatting. It will go over how to properly and safely do these variations of lifts while giving you the confidence to continue to grow your skillset. This event will also be run by the professionals at Temenos Athletics. We will start by warming up, then move into deadlifting and barbell squats, and finally end with protein shakes provided by Supplement World! Online tickets for sale soon!
