A panel discussion of professors from Philosophy, Political Science, Economics and History, which will be examining State Neutrality. In this case, “state neutrality” refers strictly to states taking an officially neutral stance in cases of conflict (armed or otherwise) between other states, refusing to participate militarily, economically, or politically in the given situation.
